FAQ
Before you book the call
Direct answers to the questions every CEO, COO, HR Director, and Operations Director asks first.
No. Recruitment is one component of building an operation, but it is not what we sell. We build, and where needed help run, the operational foundation your team sits inside: structure, compliance coordination, facilities, and ongoing management. A recruitment agency’s relationship with you ends at the hire. Ours doesn’t.
Each market has real advantages and real constraints, and the right answer depends on your functions, compliance requirements, and timeline. What North Macedonia consistently offers is a strong combination: educated multilingual talent, competitive costs, high retention, European time zone, and a market that is not yet saturated. Part of our diagnostic process is an honest comparison, including scenarios where North Macedonia isn’t the best fit.
Bitola is one of North Macedonia’s largest cities and home to St. Clement of Ohrid University, the country’s second state university. Six of its twelve constituent units are based in the city itself. Far fewer international employers compete for the same people than in the capital, which is what drives the retention difference. Operating costs across North Macedonia sit well below Western European levels; what that means for your specific roles is modelled during consultation rather than published as an average.
It depends on the structure. An employer-of-record arrangement can have first hires working within weeks. Full entity formation with a dedicated office typically runs several months from decision to steady state. The diagnostic phase itself takes a few weeks and produces a concrete timeline for your specific plan.
Not necessarily, and not immediately. Many companies start through an employer-of-record structure and transition to their own entity once the operation proves itself. We help you weigh the trade-offs (speed, cost, control, and compliance posture) and coordinate whichever path fits.
Strong in the university-educated segment international employers hire from, where English functions as a working language. German, Italian, French, and regional languages are also available in meaningful numbers. Rather than rely on self-reported levels or country-average rankings, we screen language depth directly for each role: “speaks English” and “can handle a difficult customer conversation in English” are different standards, and only the second one matters operationally.
Yes. Our depth in iGaming and sports betting comes from the operational and compliance intensity those industries demand, which translates directly to fintech, SaaS, customer operations, BPO, and technology companies. If your operation is quality-sensitive or compliance-sensitive, our experience applies.
Completely. The sectors we focus on treat regional strategy as competitively sensitive, and we operate accordingly. Client identities, commercial terms, and operational details are never disclosed without explicit permission.
The initial consultation is a direct, no-obligation working conversation: no cost, no sales script. It exists to determine whether there is a genuine fit before any engagement is discussed. You leave with a clearer picture of your options either way.
Yes. Scaling, stabilizing or restructuring an operation that already exists is a different engagement from building one from scratch. We start with an operational review and take it from there.
