What we are

BalkanScale is a consulting and operational expansion company. We help international businesses establish and scale operations in North Macedonia, across iGaming, sports betting, SaaS, fintech, customer operations, and beyond.
The distinction that matters: we are not a directory of advice. We do the work. Market entry assessment, recruitment, office setup, vendor coordination, and the ongoing operational management that keeps an operation healthy after the launch excitement fades. North Macedonia is our market, and Bitola is our operational centerpiece, a university city with deep talent, low operating costs, and the retention economics that make quality sustainable. We also build and support operations in Skopje where that fits the client better.
Being anchored in one market is deliberate. Expansion advice is only as good as its local specificity, and local specificity cannot be maintained across ten countries at once. We would rather be the definitive partner for one market than a generic option for many.
