Cookie Policy

This website uses as few cookies as possible. Measurement is split into two tiers: basic measurement that stores nothing on your device and runs without a prompt, and cookie-based analytics that runs only if you accept. Both are described below.

Strictly necessary storage

We use local browser storage to remember your cookie choice. It holds nothing but that choice, is never sent anywhere, and is not shared with anyone.

Tier 1 — cookieless measurement, no consent required

Our hosting provider, Vercel, runs two measurement tools on every visit:

• Web Analytics — counts page views and which sites visitors arrive from.
• Speed Insights — records how quickly pages actually loaded for real visitors.

Neither sets cookies, and neither stores anything on your device. They are served from this domain rather than a third-party tracker, report aggregate figures only, and are not used to build a profile of you. We use them to see which pages are read and to keep the site fast. Because they place nothing on your device, they run without a consent prompt.

Tier 2 — Google Analytics, consent required

With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4, which tells us more than the above — which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and approximate location, device, and browser information. Unlike Tier 1, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browserand processes data on Google’s infrastructure, which may involve transfers outside your country. We enable IP anonymisation.

Google Analytics does not load until you press Accept. If you decline, its script is never loaded and it sets no cookies. Declining has no effect on your use of the site. To change your decision, clear this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser and the banner will appear again.

Third-party cookies

Google Analytics sets its own cookies once you accept, as described above. We do not run advertising cookies or social media trackers. If you schedule a consultation through an embedded scheduling provider, that provider may set its own cookies subject to its own policy.
